How One Man's Miracle Became a Mission to Glorify God.

413 Fit was founded by Kevin Brooks, whose journey from fighting for his life to discovering a renewed purpose became the foundation of this mission.

What began as a battle for survival became a calling to encourage others to value their health, strengthen their faith, and boldly represent Christ every day.

The Miracle

In 2021, Kevin's life changed forever.

After contracting COVID-19, he spent nearly two weeks in ICU fighting for his life.

His lungs could no longer provide enough oxygen, and his organs began shutting down. Doctors warned that he might not survive.

Day after day, Kevin relied completely on God.

While millions around the world lost their lives to COVID-19, Kevin prayed, trusted, and believed God still had a purpose for his life.

Then one traveling ICU nurse said something he would never forget:

- "I've never seen someone in your condition recover. You're a miracle."

Those words confirmed what Kevin already knew.

His healing wasn't luck.  It wasn't coincidence.  It was God's grace!

A New Perspective

Recovery didn't end when Kevin left the hospital.

For the next seven months, he remained on disability, learning to breathe without assistance, rebuilding his lungs, regaining his strength, and taking one difficult step at a time.

Every walk became a victory.

Every workout became an act of gratitude.

Every breath became a reminder that life is a gift from God.

Through that journey, Kevin gained a renewed appreciation for both physical health and spiritual strength.

He realized something many of us don't think about until it's gone:

Health is a gift.

From Testimony to Mission

As Kevin grew stronger, God placed a new calling on his heart.

Not simply to tell his story...but to create something that would start conversations about Christ.

That calling became 413 Fit.

Every design is rooted in Scripture.  Every shirt is created with purpose.

Every message is intended to encourage believers, inspire conversations, and point people to Jesus Christ.
