Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

During new product launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping destination.

Free Standard Shipping is available on orders of $75 or more (before taxes and after discounts) within the United States.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after your order ships:

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout when applicable

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after your shipping confirmation email is sent.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and your order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to resend your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been delivered to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.
